For the City of Alpharetta, Excellere replaced more than 1,000 feet of boardwalk near Mansell Road. The structure combines helical piers, steel framing, reinforced concrete decking and steel handrails.
Build through environmentally sensitive terrain while responding to subsurface conditions that differed from the original geotechnical report.
The team adapted the helical pier design using installation torque logs and used a custom-fabricated concrete dumper to move material from the nearest access point.
